Privacy Policy

Planoww ("we", "us") is an individually-operated platform that sells access to structured exam-prep roadmaps for college students. This page explains what data we collect and how it's used.

What we collect

• Your name and email address, when you create an account.
• Your password, stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — we never store or have access to your actual password.
• Your progress on tasks within a dashboard you have access to (which items you've checked off, and when).
• Purchase records (which dashboard, amount paid, date) when you buy access to a paid dashboard.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not run advertising or tracking scripts on this site. We do not use cookies for anything other than keeping you logged in.

Third parties involved

• Razorpay processes payments on our behalf. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles that directly.
• Neon (a managed Postgres database provider) hosts our database. Your account and progress data is stored there, encrypted in transit.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by emailing us at the address below. We'll act on such requests within a reasonable time.
