Planoww sells digital products only — there is no physical shipment involved in any purchase.

Delivery

Access to a paid dashboard is granted to your account automatically, immediately after your payment is confirmed — within seconds in almost all cases, and within 24 hours at the absolute latest if there is a delay on the payment processor's side. You do not need to do anything else after paying; just log in and open the dashboard.

If access hasn't appeared within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us at theplacementprep@gmail.com and we'll fix it or refund you in full.
